On November 7 and 8, Rothbaum will once again be exhibiting at deutscher Maschinenbau-Gipfel in Berlin. At stand 48, the technical consultancy will be presenting its process mining apps as an interactive demo. Kai Philipp Bauer and Dr. Clemens Wolf will also be presenting use cases of product mining with Soley.
Dr. Clemens Wolf (Manager Digital Operations) comments: “We are delighted to present the ‘Rothbaum Production Flow Control Cockpit’ at the Mechanical Engineering Summit. The Celonis app combines our proven production optimization solutions with process mining. It enables real-time transparency in terms of machine utilization, buffer and transport times and helps to profitably optimize plant utilization. The comprehensive 360° analyses make it possible to monitor changes in the process and evaluate their success. In addition, throughput times, dispatch times and staging times can be continuously reviewed to optimize replenishment times for each product. The app also allows a detailed analysis of delays in provisioning down to order level. Today, many of our customers are already using these functionalities to monitor and control their production planning.”
Rothbaum will also be presenting examples of product mining applications in the field of complexity management at the Mechanical Engineering Summit. Dr. Kai Philipp Bauer explains: “Product mining is a new, data-driven platform technology that helps manufacturing companies to make their complexity management more efficient and effective. Product mining makes it possible to make more comprehensive and higher-quality product-centered decisions in less time, which enables modern complexity management.”
Rothbaum will also be demonstrating at the stand how visTABLE® can be used to digitally develop an optimal warehouse and factory layout. Rothbaum will also be presenting use cases on digital twins and supply chain resilience.
The Event deutscher Maschinenbau-Gipfel on November 7 and 8, 2023 at Vienna House Andel’s Berlin, brings together leading figures from the German mechanical and plant engineering industry. This two-day event offers inspiration, innovation and networking.
