“Our Celonis apps for sustainability in operations and production optimization combine many of our developed solutions with process mining. As plug-and-play solutions, it is possible to implement them directly in operations. For example, companies can use them to analyze the effects of changes in the production process on throughput times or buffer areas in front of plants. They can also see how these changes affect the carbon footprint of individual items. Many of our customers are already using these functionalities to monitor and control their operational areas.”

The challenge lies in the fact that processes in the production and logistics environment are often very specific and cannot be mapped using standard processes.
