Holistic logistics solutions from system selection to process optimization

In hall 4 at stand C18, the focus will be on process mining and system selection for warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS) . Fast and efficient logistics and warehouse management processes provide a decisive competitive advantage, especially in the manufacturing environment. In this context, a suitable TMS optimizes transport management for on-time and cost-effective deliveries and creates transparency throughout the entire supply chain. A powerful WMS in turn controls the processes via standardized interfaces. This ensures transparent and efficient processes in the context of production supply or spare parts shipping.

The analysis of data from the WMS forms the basis for the targeted use of process mining and enables efficient and sustainable optimization of operational processes and can result in noticeable cost savings. Since production and logistics processes are usually very specific, as a Celonis Gold Partner we develop individual operations-related data models tailored to customer requirements. In live demos, we show the specially developed Celonis apps for improving processes in SAP EWM and for sustainability in operations and production optimization.

As a plug-and-play solution, our Celonis apps can be used directly in operations. For example, they give companies 360° transparency of their delivery processes as well as their waiting and transportation times. Many of our customers are already using the functionalities to monitor and control their operational areas.
