The Rothbaum EWM Warehouse Cockpit is an advanced Celonis app for optimizing and monitoring outbound processes in SAP EWM and is now available in the Celonis Marketplace. As the first provider of a Celonis EWM Process Connector, we enable seamless integration and use of our solution. Our app offers comprehensive insights and control options for your delivery warehouse processes. With the help of process mining, you can increase the efficiency and accuracy of your warehouse operations and gain in-depth insights into throughput times and capacity utilization. You can view various statistics for the entire warehouse as well as for individual warehouse areas to improve the performance of your warehouse.
Special attention is paid to the evaluation of priority orders. The Open Order Cockpit uses AI to predict when your orders will be completed. This allows important orders to be reprioritized in good time – automatically if required. We also supply a suitable Process Connector that enables a simple plug-and-play solution. This connector can be quickly and easily adapted to the individual circumstances of your company. This means you can use the app immediately and benefit from its advantages.

The overview page offers a clear presentation of the most important key figures such as priority orders, throughput times and workload. If desired, a detailed analysis can be called up directly from here. It is also possible to visualize all throughputs as a process graph in order to identify bottlenecks and optimization potential.

- Prioritized orders: Identification of orders with high delivery priority and trend progression.
- Throughput times: Monitoring of throughput times and trend development
- Workload: Measurement of workload as picks per day and trend progression

Evaluation of open orders
Maintaining an overview and reacting proactively
The Rothbaum EWM Warehouse Cockpit provides an overview of currently open orders and forecasts when they will be completed. It warns of potential delays and enables intelligent intervention by allowing you to adjust priorities or sequences, completely automatically if desired.

In the order analysis, you can view comprehensive KPIs on the overall status of your warehouse. Analyse time sequences and pick distributions to identify patterns and trends that will help you to optimize your warehouse processes.

- Time trends: Analysis of the development of key figures over time.
- Pick distributions: Breakdown of the number of picks per order and item.
Throughput time analysis

The throughput time analysis provides a comprehensive overview of throughput times from order creation to delivery in the entire warehouse. You can evaluate your performance in detail using time sequences and histograms and, if required, drill deeper and view individual warehouse areas or individual process steps separately.

- Time progression: Visualization of throughput times over a defined period of time.
- Histograms: Display of throughput times in histograms to recognize patterns.
