The Rothbaum Production Flow Control Cockpit
Analyze production bottlenecks with the new Celonis app
Our new Celonis app for optimized production planning is now available in the Celonis EMS Store. The Rothbaum Production Flow Control Cockpit maps the multi-stage production process based on MES or ERP data. Among other things, the app shows the development of lead time fidelity per product category and the current buffer sizes per work center.
Users can view the number of orders and buffer stocks at each individual workstation in order to control the workload in production evenly. It is also possible to filter by specific product attributes to find out which attributes are reducing on-time delivery. The app also compares the current lead time with the metadata and enables the information to be automatically transmitted to the responsible employees or the system in the event of discrepancies.
The Celonis EMS app enables, among other things:
- 360° transparency of waiting and transport times
- Reduced buffer sizes
- Accurate master data
- Identification of causes for late deliveries
Overview and machine view
Analyze the production flow and identify bottlenecks
The overview view displays the corresponding KPIs for throughput times and target times in a management-friendly way. It is possible to view the development of the KPIs and to filter according to individual product properties. Evaluations at workstation level are also possible in the machine view. Bottlenecks that occur at a certain point in time can also be identified. In addition, the production flow can be analyzed so that the dependencies of the individual workstations become visible.
Delay analysis and master data
Find out which workplaces are driving up the delay rate
In the delay analyses, it is possible to analyze the in-time rate and buffer times on a weekly basis. On this basis, the Celonis app determines which workstations are driving up the delay rate so that production planning can be adjusted if necessary. In the master data view, it is also possible to adjust the lead time of a specific product or product group based on the actual production times. An action flow then informs the responsible employees or the new value can be written directly into another IT system.
The Celonis app combines many of our developed solutions for production optimization with process mining.
