Rothbaum will be showcasing new Celonis apps at the LogiMAT logistics trade fair in Hall 8, Stand B25. In addition, Dr. Clemens Wolf (Manager Digital Operations) and Dominik Fackler (Manager) will give a keynote speech on the topic of digital system transformation using the example of SAP WM to SAP EWM. They will also discuss the use of process mining in this context. The presentation will take place as part of the Exhibitor Insights on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 2 p.m. in Hall 8.
“We are very pleased to present our new Celonis apps for sustainability in operations and production optimization at LogiMAT. The apps combine many of our developed solutions with process mining. As a plug-and-play solution, they can be used directly in operations. They allow companies to see, for example, whether changes and adjustments made to the production process have had a positive impact on throughput times or buffer areas in front of systems, or which effects have a negative impact on thecarbon footprint of each individual item. Many of our customers are already using the functionalities to monitor and control their operational areas.”
“Analyzing and optimizing processes in operations using process mining can significantly increase efficiency and sustainability and enable profitable savings. The challenge here is that processes, particularly in the production and logistics environment, are usually very specific and cannot be mapped using standard processes. It is therefore necessary to create an individual data model for these processes. In addition to an in-depth understanding of data and process mining, this also requires a great deal of know-how about the specific operational processes. As one of the few Celonis partners, we develop data models on operational source systems such as MES, WMS and PPS,” explains Dr. Clemens Wolf.
In addition to the interactive demo and application examples of process mining, Rothbaum will also be presenting use cases and references for the introduction or transformation of systems such as WMS, TMS, PPS and ERP at LogiMAT. Further information and guidelines will also be available at the stand. Rothbaum will also be demonstrating how visTABLE® can be used to digitally develop an optimal warehouse and factory layout.
LogiMAT is an international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management. Every year, around 1,500 exhibitors from all over the world present products and services related to the optimization of internal logistics processes and material flows. LogiMAT thus offers a platform for decision-makers and experts from various industries to exchange information on solutions for current and future challenges.
