General planning

We are happy to take on the general planning for you, in which we supervise all planning phases of a construction project. This begins with the building concept, in which the basic ideas and requirements are developed, and extends to the detailed construction plans and the building application through to the tendering and awarding of all trades: from the building to the equipment (machines, systems, storage, etc.) through to IT systems (e.g. ERP, WMS, TMS).

We always start with an analysis of your very specific technical, organizational and economic requirements in order to develop a comprehensive planning basis that is optimally harmonized with VDI 5200 and HOAI. Our experts use the latest methods such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), process and material flow analysis and 2D/3D modelling. With this building concept, we can then work with you to develop detailed construction plans and prepare the documents required for the building application.
