Rothbaum will once again be exhibiting at this year’s international logistics trade fair LogiMAT in Stuttgart from March 11 to 13, 2025, focusing on the areas of logistics consulting and process mining in logistics. In addition to interactive demos and application examples, use cases and references for the introduction or transformation of systems such as WMS, TMS, MES and ERP will be presented in hall 4 at stand C18.
Are you also at LogiMAT? You are welcome to arrange a personal appointment with us on site. Send us a short message and we will get back to you with an appointment suggestion.
Logistics harbors undiscovered potential in many companies. As part of its logistics consulting services, Rothbaum offers comprehensive approaches to optimize logistics processes in a targeted manner and make them efficient in the long term. In-depth analysis of existing logistics structures is used to identify weaknesses and highlight potential for improvement. On this basis, future-oriented logistics strategies are developed. A particular focus is placed on the integration of innovative technologies and systems that have a lasting impact on logistics planning. In this way, the level of the entire value chain can be increased and a positive effect on procurement, production and distribution logistics can be achieved.
In this regard, process mining is a potential technology that can be implemented in the logistics process. “Analyzing and optimizing processes using process mining can significantly increase efficiency and sustainability and enable profitable savings. The challenge here is that processes are usually very specific, especially in the logistics environment, and cannot be mapped using standard processes. It is therefore necessary to create an individual data model for these processes. In addition to an in-depth understanding of data and process mining, this also requires a great deal of expertise in specific operational processes. As one of the few Celonis partners, we develop data models on operational source systems such as MES, WMS and ERP,” says Dr. Clemens Wolf, Head of Digital Operations.
Accordingly, by implementing process mining in the logistics strategy, customized solutions are developed for specific logistics processes, thereby improving functionality along the entire service chain. Visitors can obtain detailed information about the consulting fields at the trade fair stand. Additional information material and guidelines will also be available. visTABLE®will be used to illustrate how an optimal warehouse and factory layout can be developed digitally.
LogiMAT is an international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management. Every year, around 1,500 exhibitors from all over the world present products and services related to the optimization of internal logistics processes and material flows. LogiMAT thus offers a platform for decision-makers and experts from various industries to exchange information on solutions for current and future challenges.
