Future-proof in mechanical engineering: Rothbaum at the Deutscher Maschinenbau-Gipfel

Rothbaum will once again be exhibiting at this year’s Deutscher Maschinenbau-Gipfel on September 16 and 17 in Berlin represented. You will find our stand directly in the foyer at stand 2. This year, we are focusing on structural change in mechanical and plant engineering – under the motto: “We make your operations future-proof – globally, resiliently and cost-effectively.” At our stand, we will be presenting practical application examples, use cases and meaningful references.

Structural change in mechanical engineering

The industry is in a phase of profound change. In this context, the current political and economic situation is playing a decisive role. Costs are rising, while demand is falling. This results in a lower order situation, which in turn leads to a decline in production. This has a direct impact on growth and profitability. To make matters worse, new legal requirements, a shortage of skilled workers, a commitment to environmental responsibility and increasingly digital transformation are challenges that need to be overcome in order to remain competitive in the market. Companies are feeling the pressure to change and are rethinking their global production structures.

We are on hand to advise you and make your operations future-proof.

Dr. Clemens Wolf, Manager

Support from the Rothbaum team

As experts, we support you in making your operations global, resilient and cost-effective. This means aligning your business and production processes in such a way that they are globally networked, resilient to disruptions and at the same time economically efficient. This includes, for example, the optimization of international supply chains, the use of modern technologies for automation and digitalization as well as strategies for risk minimization. Our aim is to enable you to react flexibly to market changes, make optimum use of resources and grow sustainably.

Deutscher Maschinenbau-Gipfel

The 15th Deutscher Maschinenbau-Gipfel will take place on September 16 and 17, 2025 at Vienna House by Windham Andel’s Berlin and is considered a must-attend event for the industry. Leading figures from the European mechanical and plant engineering industry will gather there to discuss current challenges. The two-day event offers space for inspiration, innovation and networking. With top-class speakers on four stages, participants will experience presentations and discussions from the worlds of business and politics. This year’s Deutscher Maschinenbau-Gipfel focuses on solutions for the future in order to remain competitive in the current economic and political situation.
