With our Digital Twin Service, we enable companies to enter the world of digital twins in a simple and resource-saving way – without the need for their own infrastructure or additional license costs.
We take over the complete development and maintenance of the model for you, import the necessary updates and, if necessary, expand the model with new components so that your use case functions smoothly – regardless of whether it is a single or multiple digital twin use cases. We analyse the results of the model execution and visualize them in individual BI dashboards that are permanently available to you. If required, we can also carry out ad hoc analyses to answer your further questions.
If you opt for our “Digital Twin as a Service”, you will receive a complete package from our experience and expertise in the supply chain and digital twin sector and avoid license and infrastructure costs. Based on your needs, you can choose one of our support packages or we can create a customized package for you.

We set everything up for you and provide the necessary resources. Our Digital Twin Service includes the complete provision of all components required for the successful deployment of a Digital Twin. All you have to do is give us access to your data. We then transfer your data securely to our environment, integrate it into the digital twin and create the required analyses in the appropriate BI software. Depending on your preferred Digital Twin software, we can provide your analyses with either Tableau or PowerBI.
If necessary, the simulated data from the Digital Twin can also be imported back into your IT environment so that you can incorporate it into your own workflows. To do this, we coordinate with your IT department to ensure a smooth data flow.

Implementation of the digital twin
Setting up the model in the selected environment
To create the digital twin, we use various master, order and transaction data from your ERP system, such as material, customer and supplier master data, sales orders, purchase orders and delivery bills. We supplement this data with further details, such as transportation, process and location costs, to generate a digital image of your value creation network.
Through process mapping and discussions with the specialist departments, we determine the set of rules for your value creation network, which we map in the Digital Twin. For example, this includes throughput times from customer order to delivery or warehousing strategies for different product groups. We map this set of rules with the Digital Twin software and calibrate the model realistically. You can find further information on model creation and the data required on our main Digital Twin page.
Use case definition
Definition of the update rate and model execution
Together with you, we define one or more use cases for the use of the digital twin. We determine the frequency of model execution, when new data will be available and when we will transfer it to the Digital Twin. We also agree with you which results you require from the digital twin and how and to whom these must be made available. You can choose between a pure BI update or a fully automated integration that automatically distributes the new findings to the relevant specialists.

Continuous service and support
The right support package for your needs
As part of our Digital Twin Service, we offer you continuous service and support that exactly matches your requirements. Depending on the size and scope of your model and the way you want to use the Digital Twin, we provide you with various support packages. You can choose how many consulting days are available to you per year and how the collaboration should be structured. Of course, our Digital Twin service also takes individual requirements into account – for example, a fixed number of days per month or bundled work phases on defined key dates.
Basic package:
- 5 consulting days per year
- Execution and adaptation of the model to the defined schedule
- Additional analyses can be carried out as part of the model execution if budget is available
- Suitable for: 1-2 use cases that are executed a few times a year (e.g. annually, semi-annually, quarterly)
Silver package:
- 10 consulting days per year
- Execution and adaptation of the model to the defined schedule
- Ad hoc analyses are processed and made available within 2 weeks
- Suitable for: several use cases, some of which have to be executed up to monthly. Occasional additional requests for non-time-critical ad-hoc analyses
Gold package:
- 20 consulting days per year
- Execution and adaptation of the model to the defined schedule
- Ad-hoc analyses are processed and made available within 3 working days
- Suitable for: several to many use cases, some of which have to be executed very frequently. Frequent requests for ad hoc analyses
