Secure critical processes
For critical processes, it is particularly important that you can intervene quickly if something goes wrong. How do we proceed?

What are the benefits of process mining?
Are your machines working at full capacity? Are there capacity bottlenecks? Process Mining not only provides answers to these questions, but also enables you to compare the throughput times of individual products or product groups and to check whether the production times you have defined for the processes correspond to reality. What are the benefits of process mining?
The results can be used, for example, to identify conspicuous components based on the process sequence and to inform the inspectors about these parts in advance. The analysis often also shows that certain errors can be identified early on in the system based on the process sequence – for example, if there is a fault on one of the machines. It may then make sense to stop further production of the component immediately in order to avoid unnecessary work.
Once process mining has been set up, it is possible to monitor the performance of defined process KPIs. They can be used as triggers: If defined limits are exceeded or an undesirable trend emerges, the store floor can be notified automatically. This gives you the opportunity to intervene quickly and eliminate the causes of the problem before major damage occurs and more parts are produced in poor quality.
