Philipp Carl
Philipp Carl is Managing Director at Rothbaum Consulting Engineers in Munich and heads the Logistics division. He advises companies in areas such as warehouse and logistics planning as well as digitalization along the entire supply chain. He focuses in particular on the design and optimization of system landscapes in the ERP, WMS and TMS environment. He also supports organizations with strategic issues and operations management – always with the aim of creating sustainable and efficient solutions.
With over 14 years of experience in consulting, Philipp Carl combines in-depth expertise in factory and logistics planning with a clear view of strategic interrelationships. He stands for pragmatic, implementation-oriented approaches that increase efficiency and make companies more successful in the long term. He graduated with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and before that with a diploma from Munich University of Applied Sciences.
