Dominik Fackler
Dominik Fackler is a manager at Rothbaum Consulting Engineers in Munich and is responsible for transformation projects in the areas of business and system transformation. His focus is on the end-to-end optimization of business processes as well as the selection and introduction of suitable IT solutions, and he supports companies from the development of viable target images through implementation to the sustainable anchoring of new processes, systems and working methods in the organization. He combines strategic perspectives with a strong focus on implementation.
A particular focus of his work is transformation and change management. Dominik Fackler studied industrial engineering at the University of Bayreuth, where he obtained both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science.
